The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is the open standard for connecting tools and data to AI models. M360M connects MCP servers from verified publishers — such as GitHub, Atlassian, Notion, Stripe and AWS — as well as your company's internal servers.
Agents discover each server's tools and use them in their tasks, always through the gateway: policies, allowed models and per-team budgets still apply.

No. You connect from the chat, with the tool's own authorization. For internal systems, your IT team can publish an MCP server or use the Enterprise APIs.
What happens to the data that comes in through integrations?
It stays isolated in your company's account and agents only use it within the permissions the administrator sets. Deletion can be requested at any time.
Is the WhatsApp integration included?
