What credits are
Credits pay for frontier models — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the other paid models on the gateway. Each credit is worth US$ 0.0024 of usage: the 1,000 credits of a seat equal US$ 2.40 of frontier usage per person/month, and the 2,000 of an IT seat, US$ 4.80.
Day-to-day work runs on our own AI, our model family on our own GPUs: unlimited, not billed per token and with no daily cap, under fair use per person. The orchestrator picks the best model for each task at the lowest cost and only calls a frontier model when the task is complex.

How much does the M360M AI platform cost?
US$ 15 per person/month with 1,000 credits included, or US$ 20 per IT person with 2,000 credits. The company minimum is R$ 15,000 per month in Brazil (US$ 2,727.27 elsewhere). Our own AI is unlimited for everyone.
What happens if my company is below the minimum?
The company pays the minimum. For example, 80 seats at US$ 15 plus 20 IT seats at US$ 20 add up to US$ 1,600, below the minimum, so the amount charged is the minimum.
What is a credit worth?
Each credit is worth US$ 0.0024 of frontier-model usage, such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. The 1,000 credits of a seat equal US$ 2.40 per person/month; the 2,000 of an IT seat, US$ 4.80.
Does our own AI use credits?
No. Our own AI runs on our own GPUs, is unlimited, is not billed per token and has no daily cap — under fair use per person.
How do I avoid invoice surprises?
Set a budget per team and per person. When the limit is reached, paid usage stops and our own AI stays available; there is no automatic extra charge.
Can we use the subscriptions or keys the company already has?
Yes. Connect the company's contracts with Claude, OpenAI or AWS Bedrock, or bring your own API keys (BYOK). Everything goes through the gateway, with policies, allowed models and per-team budgets.
