How much does AI cost a company per person?
It depends on the subscriptions: public list prices range from US$ 20 (ChatGPT Business, Claude Team) to US$ 30 (Microsoft 365 Copilot, plus the Microsoft 365 license) per person/month, checked on October 17, 2026. With M360M a seat costs US$ 15 (US$ 20 for IT) with every model and credits included, subject to the company minimum of R$ 15,000/month in Brazil.
Does the calculator include the M360M minimum?
Yes. The plan is the higher of the sum of seats and the minimum of R$ 15,000/month in Brazil (US$ 2,727.27 elsewhere).
How does the calculator handle API spend?
It applies the share of tasks that need a frontier model to your API spend, subtracts the value of the credits included in the seats and adds only what is left. The rest runs on our own AI, with no per-token cost.
Where do the competitors' prices come from?
From each vendor's public pricing page, annual plan, checked on October 17, 2026, with the link next to each row. ChatGPT Enterprise has no public price and is shown as a market estimate.
Is the calculator result a quote?
No. It is an estimate based on public list prices and the numbers you enter. The M360M price is the published one: US$ 15 per person/month, US$ 20 for IT and a minimum of R$ 15,000/month in Brazil.
Can I change the currency and exchange rate?
Yes. The currency follows the page language and the reference exchange rate can be edited in the simulator itself.
